CF28:Logbook offset for detail view

With this offset the actual divenumber is displayed in the Logbook detail view. If the value is not zero this CF will be increased automatically after every dive.

Default setting:

0 (Disabled)

Example: CF28=914

The newest dive in the logbook is called "#914", the second is "#913", etc.

This Custom Function was added in version 1.11
