Subtronic Nikonos Connector
This connector is designed for bulkheads with five fixed contacts. Our Digital Adapter uses three fixed pins and two spring-loaded ones. In order to use the Subtronic Nikonos connector, you'll need two additional 1mm pins that fit into it.

If needed, the necessary pins will be added to your order without additional costs.

 

Strobe performance: Manufacturers like Subtronic or Hartenberger offer extremely powerful strobes, but their usage for compact cameras underwater is rarely of advantage (unless the water is extremely clear). The apertures of most compact digital cameras go up only to f/8 or f/11, therefore a YS60 with its 50 W/s is (at f/8) more than enough to illuminate a macro picture.
